Fans of the Buffyverse are probably familiar with a woman named Melaka Fray. Not familiar? She’s a slayer from the future where we have things like flying cars, but vampires are also unfortunately still a problem. God, Buffy! You had ONE job. I digress. When Joss Whedon wrote the comic, I thought it would make a great movie. Turns out, these fans agree. So they’ve put together a Kickstarter to fund a Fray fan film short called Lurk. I’ll let them explain and show you a bit of what they have in mind but needless to say, I’d really like to see this one happen. Find them on Twitter and Facebook if you’d like to know more.
