There was a huge outcry when my alma mater changed its recruiting slogan from “Think one person can change the world? So do we” to “Oberlin: Fearless.” If they’d done what the University of East Anglia (Matt Smith‘s alma mater) did, I can confidently say that a good chunk of the campus would have been overwhelmingly in favor of it. We might not have a Time Lord, but we do have Commander Sisko.
