Tina Fey is not on Twitter, guys. I say this because my initial title for this post was “Tina Fey on Twitter” but I realized that could be pretty easily misconstrued, since the actress has yet to join service. Man. I just hope she gives us a Twitter license. How else are we going to wish her a happy birthday?
