A little girl at Miami Children’s Hospital is just about ready to go home after doctors used a scale replica of her heart to help them through a complicated surgery.

According to Yahoo, little Adanelie Gonzalez has a congenital condition that makes her veins pump blood into the wrong part of her heart. Total anomalous pulmonary venus connection (TAPVC) meant that she was dying, until the doctors were able to use the 3D-printed model to plan out her surgery.
