Curtis James Jackson III, better known as 50 Cent, pulled out all the stops for his 4-year-old son’s Teen Titans-themed birthday party, which he co-hosted with his son’s mother, Daphne Joy. The pair reunited in order to put together what looks to be an adorable party for their son, complete with in-costume appearances as the Teen Titans characters. Two other friends of the family that I don’t recognize in the photo above are clearly cosplaying as Robin and Raven, by the way, and everybody looks fantastic, not to mention that they also appear to be having a ton of fun. Daphne Joy’s Instagram feed contains some more amazing photos of the event, including one of the birthday boy himself wearing a jacket with custom patches of Beast Boy, Robin, and Raven on it:

You can see another photo of that cute jacket here, along with 50 Cent’s Cyborg costume, via 50 Cent’s own Instagram:

In the caption, 50 Cent explained his own endearing bafflement at his son’s request: “Lol the kid said he want a cyborg I said ok, then he said I want daddy to be cyborg. what !!! Ok it ya birthday I’m a Cyborg.” In another post, he elaborated, “Cyborg: this is what happen when a 4 year old picks his own party. LMAO I gotta do it, anything for my baby.”
Of his co-host Daphne Joy, 50 Cent wrote, “I ain’t got no beef with little mama she is doing a great job with my little man,” and Daphne Joy echoed the sentiment on her own feed: “Anything for our little man!” It’s cool to see them both being such good sports about the costumes (and about co-hosting a big special party for their kid in spite of being exes), but it also looks like they might be having quite a bit of fun too, even if these cosplay shenanigans weren’t entirely their idea!
