Sometimes you’re driving down the street or walking up and down the isles of a department store and catch something designed so absurdly that the only possible explanation must be that the designer was pulling one over on us. From straws in cups that resemble a particular part of the male anatomy, to awkwardly phrased item names that brand you a pedophile and ad campaigns that make it look like there’s a bus driving around that sexually assaults its passengers, to a sink that sure looks like a toilet, to a very perverted Donald Duck, these unfortunately (or intentionally?) designed products, names, room layouts and ad campaigns sure make it seem like designers either don’t know what they’re doing, or are devious practical jokers.
