There’s been a lot of talk about Nintendo’s future surrounding the increasingly poor performance of the Wii U, and though a lot of it has come from Nintendo itself, this is the first time they’re directly addressing fans after news of their recent misfortune. With that in mind, there’s a chance we’ll get at least one piece of big news to raise some spirits, so stay tuned.
According to Nintendo of America on Twitter, this Nintendo direct will focus primarily on games that will be released in the spring, because great games are the way to sell systems. So, expect Nintendo to make a strong play for your wallet by showing off Mario Kart 8, Donkey Kong Contry: Tropical Freeze, and Yoshi’s New Island.
