If This Agents of SHIELD Picture Is Any Indication, Adrianne Palicki Looks Like She Won’t Take Any Crap From Anyone

We were pretty excited when we found out our would-be Wonder Woman Adrianne Palicki was getting another shot at playing a comic book character in ABC’s Agents of SHIELD. Now Entertainment Weekly has revealed our first look at the character Mockingbird.

EW writes, “Palicki as Bobbi Morse, the head of Hydra Security and the future Mockingbird” which makes us wonder if she’ll even be using the moniker from the get-go and where her allegiances lie. Speaking with Crave Online recently, Palicki didn’t give too much away to help us out. “I can’t really divulge too much information,” she told them, noting she would definitely be in more than one episode. She also went on to say:

I know if I play this character, I probably would never play another Marvel character. There’s different questions you have to ask, and you ask about that too. Where is this character going? All those silly fears that you get being locked into something, but I have to say working with this group of people has been amazing. These producers and show runners are fantastic and I trust them implicitly. Marvel’s been really fun to work with as well, so I’m looking forward to it and I hope it’s a long run for us.

Our recap of the Season 2 premiere will be up later today, but in the meantime, what does Palicki have to say about Gadot? “I am so happy for her,” she told Crave Online. “It was an honor for me to play the character and I think it’s awesome she gets to play it now. I’m hoping that it’s kick ass and I’m sure it will be.”
