A magical princess in a medieval land of sorcery doesn’t necessarily seem like the sort of thing that would be found in the DC Universe… but who can resist a comic from the creator of Jem and the Holograms? I have to admit I find the back up story, a retelling of Beowulf in the apocalyptic future of the DCU, pretty interesting too.
