The portion of this video that is Andy Serkis reading The Hobbit in character is only 25 seconds long (it starts at :18), but A) a little Gollum goes a long way, and B) it’s more new Serkis!Gollum than we’ve had in a while, so let’s try not to be ungrateful heathens. The video was recorded at a London celebration of The Hobbit‘s 75th anniversary, at which Serkis treated over 150 guests to a special reading of the book as his most famous character.
How much longer ’til An Unexpected Journey comes out? Two and a half months? But we wants it now, precious!
