Legendary Monty Python writer/director Terry Gilliam made a name for himself as the guy in charge of all those freakish, demented cut-out animations. And in this clip from 1974 shows him explaining his process over the course of about 15 revelatory minutes. Okay, that’s probably a bit hyperbolic. But you’ll never look at Christmas cards the same way again.
