Bill Nye Saves the World Correspondents Include Bow Tie-Clad Karlie Kloss, Emily Calandrelli, and More

Recommended Videos

Netflix announced their upcoming talk show with our favorite Science Guy a few months ago, and today we got a look at who the correspondents will be on Bill Nye Saves the World. Armed with Nye’s signature look, the dapper bow tie, entrepreneur and model Karlie Kloss, space exploration advocate Emily Calandrelli, comedian Joanna Hausmann, Veritasium’s Derek Muller, and comedian Nazeem Hussain announce their new positions in this Netflix clip. There’s a pretty good mix of science experts and comedic personalities, so we can expect the show to be both entertaining and educational—much like Bill Nye’s show that many of us grew up on.

The science team will address the “complex scientific issues facing us today” including vaccinations, genetically modified foods and climate change to hopefully save the world. “How hard can that be?” asks Nye. Well, I’m sure a stellar team helps.

Don’t miss Bill Nye’s delightful, slightly maniacal laughter at the end! No word yet on whether there’ll be delightful music videos about science at the end of episodes, but we’ll just have to wait until spring to see.
