Big Ol’ Rumory Rumor: A Birds of Prey Movie Might be Headed Our Way
Something sonic this way comes?
Today in “eternal optimism,” Latino Review reports that Black Canary is slated to make her first appearance in one of the two Justice League movies, and that, if her character is well received, DC plans to move ahead with a Birds of Prey movie.
Alona Tal (Supernatural) and Abbey Lee (Mad Max: Fury Road) are the two rumored favorites to play Dinah.
Obviously this is all still in the very rumor-y stages, and the reception to Wonder Woman might impact DC’s willingness to invest in future female-led properties. But if we were to get a Birds of Prey movie, what would you want to see from it? Let the fan-casting begin!
