Marvel’s Captain America: White Finally Gets An Issue #1 In September
Well, it's about damn time!
I first began my love affair with comics back in 2008, when a friend gave me Sandman and changed my life forever. After that, I started devouring everything I could get my hands on and learning about every character I could. Eventually, my slight preference for Marvel over DC heroes took hold, and I started immersing myself in them. I loved one title in particular, Captain America: White #0, which I’d been told was one of several color-themed series involving different Marvel heroes (like Daredevil: Yellow, Spider-Man: Blue, and Hulk: Grey) all by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. I loved getting to know Captain America’s origin story in this way. Sale’s art was beautiful, and Loeb’s story was great for a first-time reader. I was excited about the next installment….which….never…seemed….to….come. UNTIL NOW!
It only took seven years, but Marvel is finally releasing Captain America: White, the 5-part limited series that #0 started. Check out the solicitations and preview images below!
