Christopher Eccleston’s Malekith on the Set of Thor: The Dark World
old gods do new jobs

We’ve gotten a teaser for Thor: The Dark World, due to hit theaters this fall, but if anything it focused most on old enemies rather than the new, so we didn’t really get much on the threat that Malekith and his dark elves pose to Asgard and/or Midgard. Nor have I gotten much opportunity to figure out whether it really is Christopher Eccleston underneath that makeup, and his casting hasn’t just been a clever ruse.
