If you’ve been basking in the happiness of a Thanksgiving food coma for the past couple of days, this ought to wake you up. The CW has released a new extended trailer for its four-show crossover event, which features cast members from all of its superhero shows–Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. The crossover storyline will officially kick off at the end of Supergirl on Monday, September 28 (when she’s retrieved from her own universe by none other than The Flash himself, Barry Allen) and continue through the remaining three shows airing on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that same week.

It’s the first time all four shows have managed to cross over into one another–prior to that, we’ve seen several two-parter storylines between Arrow and The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow consists of a team whose characters have appeared on both of those shows. We also can’t forget the adorable episode where Barry Allen made an appearance on Supergirl last season.

However, this threat of the Dominators–aliens who bear a disturbing resemblance to the extraterrestrials from the movie Signs–quickly force Barry, Oliver Queen and their allies to realize that in order to fight aliens, they need an alien on their side. (Insert perfectly executed hair-flip from Supergirl here.)

While the original trailer featured blink-and-you-miss-it cameos from several characters, in this extended preview you can see the Dominators in all their nightmare-fueling glory–and we also have more confirmation that the aliens aren’t the only bad guys our heroes will have to tangle with. (Please, please, please give me Sara Lance taking down villains every day of the week.)

The crossover is almost upon us! Are you ready?
