Find Out What It’s Like to Become Rebel Scum With This Darth Vader VR Experience Trailer

If you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like to have Darth Vader himself stare you down, then you’ll probably be interested in what ILMxLAB has been cooking up. They just released a short teaser of a virtual reality experience centered upon the Dark Lord of the Sith. It’ll be written by David S. Goyer (Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, The Dark Knight), and while we don’t know too many solid details about it, we obviously now know that Darth Vader will play a big part.

Either we’ll get to wear the mask and be Vader for a while (y’know, just like when we were kids), or we’ll get chased around by him for a while. Can you imagine an Alien: Isolation-esque experience where you’re trying to escape a Rebel base with this guy breathing down your neck? Dang.

The ILMxLAB project has been going on for quite a while now, and believe me when I say expectations are super high for what they’re churning out. Getting a chance to experience the Star Wars universe from that kind of perspective just sounds perfectly amazing.
