Disney Releases “Limited Edition” Shirt Featuring Female Superheroes, Can’t Seem to Get Color Right

That's supposed to be Kamala, gosh darnit.

Right now, Disney has a “limited edition” Marvel female superhero t-shirt for sale on DisneyStore.com. It’s only on sale until Tuesday, which sucks, but if you move quick, you can still get one. Perhaps Disney has finally paid attention to the absolute glaring lack of merch geared towards women. The games industry isn’t doing too well about that, either.

However, some fans will note that yes, there’s totally a Ms. Marvel, and that is absolutely grand, but there’s something a little off about her. As DC Women Kicking Ass so astutely points out, Disney seems to be using a Ms. Marvel cover variant that originally had the incorrect skin color for Kamala Khan. It was tweaked for the final cover, which is shown above.

Thanks for the shirt, Disney! Maybe before you actually head off to get them made, you can fix this up a little? Maybe? Please?
