A Puppet Of Doctor Who’s Matt Smith Is A Tumblr Sensation!

Recommended Videos

Say hello to our new friend. He’s known as Doctor Puppet on Tumblr and he’s a smaller version of Doctor Who’s Matt Smith. He’s had some interesting travels documented by his creator Alisa Stern, why don’t you take a look?

Stern is an animation artist working in NYC. You can check out the rest of her work on her website , but in the meantime, take a look at what her little friend had to say…

“Hello world! Currently I’m in New York City,” wrote Doctor Puppet. “I heard another Doctor was here recently. I went to say hi but I don’t think he could even see me in the crowd.”

Having a picnic, must like he did we Amy, Rory, and River in The Impossible Astronaut. Sans cheese doodles of course.

Here he is at the Grand Army Plaza’s triumphal arch in Brooklyn.

Taking in the views at Central Park, much like his counterpart was doing recently.

“I took the Q Train to Coney Island. I wanted to ride the Cyclone Roller Coaster but they said I was too short. Oi! Next time I’ll just sneak on.” Mmm, Nathan’s french fries…

Doctor Puppet thought he spotted Gallifrey on the ceiling of Grand Central Terminal.

“I went back to Coney Island but it was still too cold to swim,” he wrote.

Looks like Doctor Puppet knows how to enjoy the park much better than the real Doctor…

You must check out the entire tumblr. It’s wonderful.
