Exclusive First Look at Sideshow Collectibles’ New She-Hulk Statue!
Sideshow’s brand new Adi Granov Artist Series She-Hulk will be unveiled later this week at NYCC—but we get to see her first.
Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk, was created by Stan Lee and artist John Buscema, making her first appearance in 1980’s Savage She-Hulk #1. Most recently, in Jason Aaron’s Avengers #8, it was revealed that She-Hulk is now the most powerful Hulk in the Marvel Universe, storing a high level of gamma radiation and capable of “explosiveness” beyond even what her cousin Bruce Banner can generate.
Considering She-Hulk’s incredible strength and her day job as a brilliant lawyer, Jennifer Walters is one of our favorite superheroes here at The Mary Sue. So we were excited to get a first look at Sideshow Collectibles’ upcoming She-Hulk statue, part of their Adi Granov Artist Series.
She-Hulk looks amazing here, strong and dynamic and having ripped free the door of a classic NYC cab—which is a mood that any New Yorker can appreciate.
Headed to NYCC? You’ll be able to see the prototype up close at Booth 1912.
Pricing and release dates have yet to be revealed, but you can RSVP to be the first to receive news on the She-Hulk statue here.
If you’re not already familiar with Sideshow Collectibles, they’re the purveyors of fine statues, figurines, prints, and prop replicas made with so much attention to detail that you half-expect the statues to start moving. (Maybe they do, at night.) You can check out the rest of their Marvel collection, which I am madly in love with. One day that Loki will be mine.
Sideshow even has a life-size light-up Infinity Gauntlet for those times when you’re keen to destroy half the life in the galaxy.
While we’re here, where’s our She-Hulk movie? Who would you cast to play her?
