Yup. That’s Elsa alright. Elsa as played by Georgina Haig in the season four premiere “A Tale of Two Sisters,” to be precise. The guy looks like he’s probably Scott Michael Foster, who’s playing Kristoff. I concur with Tor.com that Elsa’s costume looks a little Party City; maybe Once should hire a cosplayer or two for their costume department.
