Game of Thrones‘ Once and Future Myrcella Baratheon Responds to Being Recast, Wins Social Media
Kids these days with their Vines and their murder.
Aimee Richardson, the actress who plays (or, well, played) Princess Myrcella Baratheon on Game of Thrones is a light in dark places. Just look at her reaction to the Purple Wedding! So, while we’re sure new Myrcella actress Nell Tiger Free is going to bring the thunder, because Game of Thrones‘ casting department has superpowers, we’ll be sad to see Richardson go. Tweets like this are part of the reason why:
If any potential Ariennes want to come and sit on the street you can email me at aimee@rejectedprincesses.com

SHOTS FIRED.
“@BlackKraya: Can Quentyn come too? He may not be Arianne or Myrcella, but he got rejected too.” He’ll have to email http://t.co/V0Gx1cyXf2

This makes me really sad Myrcella and Shireen Baratheon (Kerry Ingram) never had a scene together.
