Just take a moment now to look at this photo and weep for all the childhoods destroyed therein. Or not. Because this is too awesome. Melissa McCarthy posted a photo to Instagram for The Ellen DeGeneres Show featuring the awesome women working on Ghostbusters. The photo’s got our fearless foursome front and center with a ton of women from the crew standing behind them.

Take note, Hollywood: this is what a writer/stuntwoman/executive producer/actor/cast assistant/set PA/script supervisor/hair stylist/costumer/make-up artist/prop master/set decorator/set grip/2nd assistant director/special effects artist looks like.

That’s going to be a long hashtag.
