Very clever advertisement for Oogmerk opticians extolling the difference a good pair of glasses can make for your look.
(I seem to recall a similar theme in a classic MAD magazine bit as recounted in Maria Reidelbach’s Completely Mad, though I don’t have the book on hand.)
