If Anyone Can Find Bruce Wayne’s Batcave, It’s Google. Wanna See It On Street-View?
Google discovering the secret identity of Bruce Wayne seems almost too clever by half when it comes to marketing campaign choices, but Batman v Superman really needs a win right now, so let’s give ’em this one. According to Google Maps, Bruce Wayne’s residence is right outside Detroit, and you can even have a look around inside.
Unlike the house, which is really only the one room (plus some beautiful views outside of Wayne’s nearby nature landscape), the Batcave itself is much more detailed with more photos of multiple rooms. Here are just a few — but trust me, it’s worth digitally exploring the whole thing yourself!
Clearly, Google got permission from the Batman v Superman team to tour the entire Batcave set before it got broken down. Wandering the lonely, empty Batcave via Street-View feels just as spooky and awesome as I’m sure the movie was supposed to feel (sigh).
If you turn to the left, you’ll see a mysterious dark corridor …
Which turns out to be the entrance to the Batcave.
I hope Google gets to do a tour of the LEGO Batcave next!
