Donning some amazing trousers, a cane in hand, and a long coat, Dame Helen Mirren made an appearance at Paris Fashion Week walking for L’Oréal Paris and I am deceased.
Imagine being the lucky person who gets to swoon at Queen Helen Mirren pointing her cane at you as she struts by. Here’s the pose she struck, please give me the poster version so I can have it with me always.

Are you sitting in complete awe and forwarding this too all your friends? Did you have to take a second to lie down after aggressively yelling “OK HELEN OK” at your computer screen, spooking your pets and anyone within a 1 mile radius?
Well, brace yourselves, here’s Jane Fonda walking that same runway looking like a tigress and waving to the audience and throwing up peace signs the way only royalty can.

Walking alongside other models like Irina Shayk and Adriana Lima, these two continually demonstrate that one can be a fashion icon and beautiful woman at any age (a message Mirren shared recently with Allure in retiring the term “anti-aging”). It looks like the two had a great time, and don’t mind me I’m going to be off writing my neo-noir screenplay with Mirren as a witty detective and Fonda as a alleged-victim-turned-femme-fatale for the rest of the day.
What did you think of the two making an appearance at Fashion Week?
