According to Wikipedia, the Ides of March, as famously remarked upon by Plutarch and referenced by William Shakespeare in Julius Caesar, are celebrated by a toga run through Rome, and by a bar crawl in San Francisco where everyone participating wears thrift-store wedding dresses.
Oh. They call that the Brides of March?
Well, look, they can’t all be π Day, with its entertaining and informative videos and it’s baked goods. But some of us were English majors! (Okay, a minor.) Some of us like Shakespeare! (Ok, when the professor isn’t super boring.)
Eh, you know me. I’ll worm a good Shakespeare quote into something given the slightest opportunity.
