Giant Inflatable Trump Chicken Behind the White House Is the Best Thing You’ll See Today
It's a weird news week.

Hey, you know what can take the edge off of ever-escalating saber-rattling between world leaders who possess nuclear weapons? What if a protestor brought a giant inflatable chicken version of one of them right to where he lives—most of the time, when he’s not visiting one of his own resorts, that is? Yeah, I thought that might help.
The design of the White House’s new lawn ornament is actually the mascot of a mall in China, but its hair and hand gestures make no secret of who it’s meant to look like:

Sadly, Trump is, indeed, visiting one of his properties right now on what he claims is a working vacation. It’s a bit tough to tell whether he’s doing more or less work than any other president does on a vacation due to the mystery surrounding his daily activities compared to previous presidents, which unsurprisingly seems to be due to an effort to make it seem like he’s doing more work.
He’s certainly been working his thumbs plenty on Twitter, though, so there’s still a chance he’ll acknowledge the brand new monument that’s certainly befitting of his stature. It was placed in a public-accessible place near the White House by Taran Singh Brar and cost him $1300—a small price to pay to make his point that “Trump is too chicken to release his tax returns, to stand up to Putin.”
Hey, nobody’s tried to Marty McFly him into releasing his tax returns or incriminating himself yet. Maybe that’s all it’ll take.
In the meantime, at least it’s fun for the whole family.

Sadly, Trump may not even know that he should take the chicken as an insult. We have reason to believe that rich, out of touch real estate families who engage in shady dealings may not actually know what chickens are.
