Watch Cosmonauts on a Spacewalk Outside the International Space Station From the Comfort of Earth
Let's hope nobody almost drowns in their helmet!
Today Cosmonauts Alexander Skvortsov and Oleg Artemyev will leave the relative comfort and safety of the International Space Station for a scheduled six-and-a-half-hour spacewalk. You can watch the entire thing through NASA TV’s live stream, and you don’t even have to leave Earth.
The coverage for the spacewalk will start at 9:15AM ET, but Skvortsov and Artemyev aren’t scheduled to leave the ISS until 9:50. You can watch the whole thing on NASA TV’s Ustream channel below. At the time of this writing the NASA TV channel is explaining the details of the planned spacewalk.

During their time outside the space station, Skvortsov and Artemyev will be performing a number of tasks including installing an antenna, relocating a cargo boom, swabbing samples from a window, and swapping gear for one of the science experiments being conducted.
This will be the 180th spacewalk from the ISS, so maybe they can finally turn things around.
