Remember when Marvel congratulated Jurassic World for beating The Avengers at the box office with this silly tweet? Well, it looks like Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Colin Trevorrow are paying it forward in an act of good sportsmanship with some silly photoshop of their own!
Cheers to J.J., Kathy, the cast and crew, and DIS/LFL marketing teams! #TheForceAwakens@Disney@StarWars@Bad_Robotpic.twitter.com/oa0zwuAb2Q — Frank Marshall (@LeDoctor) December 21, 2015
Star Wars: The Force Awakens made $57 million in Thursday night showings alone and went on to score $236 million domestically over the weekend, beating all the records. A well deserved medal! (via Collider)
