Here Are A Bunch Of Kids Reciting Maya Angelou’s “Phenomenal Woman,” Because We Need This

Phenomenal, indeed.

This video was released by Nickelodeon a few weeks back for Black History Month, but it is just as relevant today (International Women’s Day) and every day. There’s just something about small children of color projecting such confidence and engaging with their phenomenal foremothers (and their phenomenal futures) that fills me with a lot of joy.
