The Man of Steel Sequel Might Get A Ridiculous Title If These Domain Registrations Are Any Indication

Holy Rusted Metal Batman!

A lot of people are under the assumption the Man of Steel sequel is going to be called Batman vs. Superman even though no official announcement has been made to that effect. But some recent domain registrations from Warner Bros. indicates the real title may be a little longer and a lot more ridiculous.

According to Fusible.com, “This week, Warner Bros. secretly registered a host of possible titles through the internet brand protection company MarkMonitor.” They are:

Possible titles include “Man of Steel Battle the Knight”, “Man of Steel Beyond Darkness”, “Man of Steel Black of Knight”, “Man of Steel Darkness Falls”, “Man of Steel Knight Falls”, “Man of Steel Shadow of the Night”, “Man of Steel The Blackest Hour”, and “Man of Steel The Darkness Within”. Shorter variations of the names were also registered like, “Battle the Knight”, “Black of Knight”, “Knight Falls”, and “The Blackest Hour”.

I, uh…I’m just gonna leave those here.
