Plus the Spring return date for Agents of SHIELD and our first clip of Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas from Ant-Man!

Ok, first thing’s first. Marvel just announced Agent Carter will premiere on ABC Tuesday, January 6 at 9:00 p.m. ET. Also:

Then, once “Marvel’s Agent Carter” concludes its eight-episode run, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” will return to ABC with all-new episodes Tuesday, March 3 at its regular time, 9:00 p.m. ET, to complete its action-packed second season!

Earlier today we showed you the first clip from the upcoming Agent Carter series, but we also recently heard that dear Peggy would probably be making a cameo appearance in Ant-Man. Speaking of which…

Here’s a brief clip from the recent ABC special “Marvel 75 Years: From Pulp to Pop!,” which shows filming of both Ant-Man and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Finally, we also just found out the UK would be getting Marvel’s Phase 3 films before the US. Empire Magazine writes:

We speculated that Captain America: Civil War, which sees a May 6, 2016 date in the US, could make its UK bow a week earlier, on April 29, and so it turns out. Technically, the UK will be in Phase Three while the US is still in Phase Two.

Cap’s third outing will be followed by Doctor Strange on October 28 (November 4 in the US), before Marvel’s first three-film year kicks off with Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 on April 28, 2017 (May 5 in the US), followed by Thor: Ragnarok on July 28 on both sides of the Atlantic, and Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther on October 27 (November 3 in the US).

Year three of Phase Three, meanwhile, reintroduces Earth’s mightiest heroes for Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 on April 27 (May 4 in the US), before debuting Carol Danvers’ Captain Marvel on July 6 in both territories and Inhumans on October 26 in the UK. American viewers will get their first dose of Black Bolt, Medusa, Karnak and co on November 2.

Not surprising considering a lot of the Marvel movies have been filming in the UK.
