Jasper the cat and his canine pal Bow-Z were separated for 10 days, and Jasper is overjoyed to see his best friend again. Bow-Z, on the other hand, seems… less enthused? But that could have something to do with Jasper’s newfound mission to turn himself into a living kitty dog collar.
