If you need some encouragement to keep trying in order to accomplish, well, anything, look no further than the video above. Let this amazing and adorable kid gymnast embody the phrase If at first you don’t succeed, jump, jump again!

His name is Arat Hosseini, and at only four and a half years old exhibits a prodigious talent for gymnastics and acrobatics. Arat lives in Iran, and is trained by his father, Mohammad Hosseini. This proud dad also runs his social media presence on Facebook and Instagram, where you can see even more amazing feats of physical prowess.

Like, check out what he was doing at 2 years and 8 months old while the rest of us would’ve been drooling all over ourselves:

According to his website, his dad started noticing Arat’s physical abilities as early as three months old, when he started easily hanging from things and holding up his own weight when most kids barely have motor skills. At seven months, Arat did a backflip while hanging from a horizontal bar. NO BIG DEAL.

But there’s something really heartwarming about the video above. The fact that this kid was clearly not feeling discouraged about trying until he was able to get himself on that chair. And the reaction when he finally does? That grunt is priceless.

But the truly adorable thing is the bond that has clearly formed between this father and son team. If you watch their videos, you see that Arat’s dad is encouraging while still following Arat’s lead and showering this kid with love. This is something fun that they do together, and it’s really heartwarming to see.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Arat taking home the gold at the Olympics in, oh, ten to twelve years. You heard it here first, folks! Or maybe you’ve heard it elsewhere, too. This video’s totally gone viral.
