Finally: A Good Look at Kilowog

I’m not sure exactly what it is that gives me such affection for Kilowog, Green Lantern of Space Sector 674.  Is the the liberal use of alien slang?  The fact that he’s immediately recognizable as the Boisterous Bruiser with a heart of gold? His job as drill sergeant for an army of people without fear?

The fact that I’m lukewarm about the rest of Green Lantern, and so I like get excited about the little things about obscure characters and ignore the rest?  Yeah.  Yeah, probably that.
