Neil Patrick Harris and Family Give Us Serious Costume Goals
One of the best parts about waking up the day after Halloween (if you’ve survived your candy hangover) is scrolling through your various social media feeds to check out what everyone dressed up as this year. On my own Facebook alone I saw some pretty adorable family costumes, including one dressed up as the characters from Monsters Inc.
But once again this year, actor Neil Patrick Harris and his family are putting the rest of us to shame. Along with his husband David Burtka and their two kids, twins Gideon and Harper, they’ve pulled off amazing family Halloween costumes several years running.
Their latest? A fantastic tribute to Star Wars. (Obviously, it makes total sense for the kids to dress up as Luke and Leia, but NPH definitely makes a great Obi-Wan—and check out David mastering the classic Han Solo pose!)
Last year, they pulled off a fantastic Batman family costume. Other past collaborations have included one to Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard of Oz.
We’ve got another 364 days until next year’s Halloween, but we’ll definitely be keeping an eye on what this family pulls off then. Did you see any great family Halloween costumes this year?
