Things We Saw Today: A New Track From A Star Is Born!
Closer and closer to the movie's release date
The closer we get to the release of A Star is Born, the more excited we are. The movie marks the fourth time A Star Is Born has seen a remake, but that isn’t stopping some significant buzz for the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper-starring film. Most of the reviews are extremely positive—even after some critics went into it thinking they wouldn’t like it.
That being said, we’re stuck trying to get our A Star is Born fix without having the soundtrack to listen to yet. It seems as if their strategy was to just bait us with as many short clips as possible so then we’d have to go on opening night to see the movie. So far, this strategy is working.
To tide us over, however, Lady Gaga released a tidbit of the song “Is That Alright?” from the movie on her Twitter account and it is just as beautiful as “Shallows” from the trailer!

All the hype still hasn’t pushed up the release of the soundtrack. Like its movie, everything A Star Is Born-related is set to be released on October 5th, which means we still have another week before we can hear more from Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. That doesn’t seem that long now, but this movie has been buzzing for the last year so the anticipation is almost too much. I need this.
