We love David Neevel’s MTV Other webseries Practically Useful and we’re happy to tell you it’s back with a brand new episode! If you missed the first season, Neevel invents novel solutions to everyday problems. This time around he solves the problem of motorcycle noise by building an electric scooter.

This show is seriously one of the funniest and most brilliant things on the Internet.
