We’ll have live video streaming here from the Big House 3 Super Smash Bros. Project M and Smash Bros. Melee tournament until Sunday, October 13, courtesy of Video Game Boot Camp. You can watch all weekend, but be sure you’re watching around 2:00pm on Sunday, as the Project M development team, the PMBR, has a big announcement to make following the tournament’s grand finals around that time. You won’t want to miss it!
Super Smash Bros. Project M stands on the years of experience of an entire Smash Bros. Brawl modding community to bring you the best version of Smash Bros. that its most ardent fans can imagine.
Project M is a fan modification of Super Smash Bros. Brawl that doesn’t require any modification to your Wii console to play. All you need is an SD card, a Wii, and a legitimately purchased copy of Smash Bros. Brawl — the development team is staunchly anti-piracy.
The goal of Project M is to give Smash Bros. fans more of the fast paced, frenetic gameplay they crave, and they’ve even announced that they’re adding entirely new characters to the game! If you’d like to learn more about it or try the most recent demo version for yourself, head over here.
The tournament is already streaming content, so you can catch the stream at any time, but you really won’t want to miss what happens after the Project M grand finals, so stay tuned!
