Robert Downey Jr. Dons Tiger Costume to Invite Child With Cystic Fibrosis to Civil War Premiere

Recommended Videos

Robert Downey Jr. continues to be a hero to children of all ages. He recently invited seven year old Daniel to the premiere of Captain America: Civil War after learning of how the child strongly relates to Iron Man and his life-saving arc reactor with his own treatment for cystic fibrosis.

According to an Instagram post from his mother, he tells the bullies that “he too has a extra special port in his chest much like iron man has his arc reactor.” That’s a super adorable way of dealing with bullies, no? Of course, bullies being bullies, they took it one step too far. One day, a child told little Daniel that all children with cystic fibrosis die.

Yeah, I know, right?

But Downey wasn’t cool with that, so he responded to the Instagram post with his own–and in style, too.

Oh, and Daniel’s reaction? Completely adorable. He’s basically reacting like how any of us would react if we found out RDJ invited us to the premiere of Captain America: Civil War.

Yep. Exactly like how we would react.
