Man, can you imagine how bummed we'd all be if this baby hadn't woken up?

Now that the unmanned spacecraft Rosetta has woken up and contacted the ESA, she can begin her ultimate mission of flying alongside and eventually landing on comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.. Want to watch her do it? Well, you can’t, because she’s in space. But you can track her progress through our galaxy with this interactive map.

The European Space Agency’s 3D map allows you to follow Rosetta around the solar system, starting with where the spacecraft first began her journey in March of 2004, and ending with her projected contact with the comet. You can also zoom in and out, rotate the solar system around, and jam out to awesome therapeutically mellow space-themed background sounds. Beeps and boops never sounded so relaxing.

For more about Rosetta, you can check out the ESA website.
