Variety is reporting Ryan Gosling is up for a role opposite Ford in the Blade Runner sequel (as-yet-unnamed).

Ford was previously confirmed to pick up his role as Deckard in the follow-up to the 1982 noir sci-fi film. Variety unfortunately has no details on who Gosling would play in the Denis Villeneuve-directed film.

Meanwhile, Gosling is also in talks to star in Guillermo del Toro’s Haunted Mansion project for Disney. What do you think of him in the world of Blade Runner?
