Worlds Collide: Visit Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum on Google Maps, Leave a Review
It's like Yelp but for superhero things.
Love this. Type 177a Bleecker Street into Google Maps and this shows up. (I think it’s actually a grocery store on that spot) #DoctorStrange pic.twitter.com/FSx6wwuFbb

Doctor Strange fans who are cruising Google Maps in New York may notice something’s a bit… well, strange today. Empire‘s Chris Hewitt noticed that looking up 177A Bleecker Street in Google Maps turns up–you guessed it–Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum. On first glance, the street view looks totally normal. But cruising through the listings below (and the provided photos) reveals some interior architecture that you won’t find in just any old brownstone.
As Entertainment Weekly points out, a few people have even left behind some pretty positive reviews of Doctor Strange’s “business.” For example: “Came by to cleanse an ancient artifact. 10/10 Would def recommend.” Or perhaps a small story about going above and beyond for a customer: “I came in for just a headache, the good doctor also cured my demonic possession and gave my aura a facelift. Now that’s service!”
This sounds wonderful and all, but I’d love to have a word with the good Doctor seeing as how I think I’ve sprung something of a meta-versal leak, and my usual doctor just isn’t cutting it.
