Over the weekend, Saudi women were finally allowed to enter polling places to vote in elections for the very first time. Despite King Abdullah ruling that women had the right to vote back in 2011, this weekend marks the first time women were finally allowed into the polling places. Many women took to Twitter to celebrate the historic occasion, posting photos of themselves voting.
