Science Cheerleaders: Probably Not What You Would Assume

There is a two pronged solution to getting more women into the sciences: making sure the sciences want to include more women, and making sure more women want to join the sciences.  The latter is difficult to accomplish without changing our cultural image of the intellectual female.

Much in the same way that this video made us revise our assumptions about cheerleaders.
