Aw, Man: Sensation Comics Featuring Wonder Woman Cancelled Among Others

Recommended Videos

According to DC Comics’ 2015 December solicitations, Sensation Comics Featuring Wonder Woman is officially cancelled. The December issue will be its last. It meets its end alongside Batman ’66 and Green Lantern: The Lost Army, Justice League UnitedGotham By MidnightThe Omega MenLobo, and Doomed. DC claims Green Lantern: The Lost Army and Doomed were each meant to be a six issue mini-series, but that had not been mentioned before in any solicits. Hm.

You’ll remember that Sensation Comics is where Wonder Woman presides over a same-sex marriage and totally slam dunks on Clark Kent. That is… not literally. Just. Verbally. She verbally slam dunks on the Man of Steel when he says he wasn’t aware she’s a proponent of gay marriage. I mean… it’s not like Wonder Woman comes from a country only populated by women or anything. Oh, wait.

We’re sorry to see this is the end for this book. What do you think, folks?
