I’m still not sure why BBC’s modern Holmesian adaptation is suddenly going for the Victorian look after all, but I’m on board. Wait, what am I saying? Steven Moffat is the showrunner. Of course they’re doing a Victorian special. Name me one Moffat-led Doctor Who Christmas that didn’t have some fancy old-timey clothing in it.
