Star Wars: Battlefront Confirms Team Deathmatch (Obviously), Teases Dogfighting Mode

Recommended Videos

Star Wars: Battlefront‘s news blog announced today that the upcoming title would include a 10-versus-10 deathmatch mode called “Blast,” which will pit Rebel fighters against Imperial troops. These rounds will feature small, close-quarters maps “specifically designed” with this mode in mind.

No big surprise that Star Wars: Battlefront will have a team-based deathmatch mode, right? Here’s something a little more exciting: the “Fighter Squadron” mode, teased in a short video on EA’s Facebook page, promises virtual dogfights worthy of a Dramamine. Pew, pew!
