Let This Fan Art Remind You That Steven Universe Premieres Tonight

Asiey Barbie’s Garnet is rocking my socks off, but maybe it’s just because Garnet is already my favorite character in Steven Universe and I’ve only seen two episodes of it. You can watch both of those episodes when the show premieres tonight on Cartoon Network!

And speaking of shows created by Western female animators who grew up on Eastern Magical Girl stories and are now reinterpreting, repackaging, and reimagining those tropes for a the Western audience for action cartoons, this is your reminder that you’ve only got ten days to pledge for the Bee and Puppycat Kickstarter!
